Step 1.
Phone us to arrange a site visit with our Project Manager who will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your bathroom(s) and discuss with you the best way to proceed with the refurbishment and installation of your room.
Step 2.
Our Project Manager will pass on the measurements to our Sales and Design team who can design your bathroom using our 3D software to produce images of what your bathroom could look like and then advise you fully on the best products to install to suit your needs and budget. We would then provide you with a quote for the bathroom sanitaryware and the installation works. Please note there is a fee of £60 Inc of VAT for the designs which is refundable should you go ahead and place a full order with us. Please note that the designs are for a visual purpose only and cannot be used as a specified plan.
Step 3.
Once you are happy with everything and ready to go ahead we then book in a start date for the installation of your bathroom with our Project Manager and installation team. All our work is fully guaranteed and all bathroom goods are covered by manufacturer’s guarantees. We only use branded products to ensure items are of reliable quality. It is important to us to know that you are happy with your goods and the service provided.
